For over 15 years I worked in the corporate world - in sales management, learning, development and training, across a few different sectors. I created strategies, built programmes and processes, and led amazing teams, becoming the person others relied on when everything felt like it was happening at once.
It was in that world that I built the skills I now bring to founders - keeping communication flowing, systems running, and the day-to-day moving without anyone having to chase it. That's what lets a founder step back into the parts of building a business they actually love, instead of getting stuck managing the parts that just need to get done.
Alongside all of that, I trained as a life and business coach. I've always paid close attention to how people work, what causes overwhelm, and how to communicate well with the people who matter to a business, whether that's a client, a customer, or a colleague.
I believe every business owner deserves the space to focus on what only they can do. What I offer is the structure and discipline from my corporate background, the people-sense from coaching, and a genuine liking for the kind of work that gives someone else their time back.
